I have taken lessons from Jennifer for a couple years now and love it! Jenn is so compassionate, and teaches with a perfect balance of giving specific instruction and corrections while also being flexible and encouraging independent riding. I love learning from Jennifer because I have a lot of fun every time and take away a satisfying feeling that I improved or learned something new. She is such a passionate and knowledgeable person who cares deeply about her horses and students. Her happy, healthy horses and amazing, fun-natured teaching are ultimately what make the environment as lovable as it is.

“I began taking lessons with Jennifer about one year ago. When I first started, I had limited experience riding horses. Now I am able to walk, trot, canter, and jump around the arena, while feeling very confident on her different horses. I have also learned to independently catch a horse, groom, tack, and untack. Jennifer is a very kind instructor and always gives me helpful tips on how I can improve when I’m participating in a riding lesson or just visiting the ranch. My time with Jennifer and her horses is the highlight of my week! She keeps riding fun while also teaching and pushing you to try new things, she corrects little mistakes, and guides you in how to work with the different horses. I have really enjoyed taking lessons from Jennifer, she is a thoughtful person and tries to get to know you as an individual not just as an equestrian. “Jennifer has been my riding instructor for six months, and in that time she’s helped me advance my riding skills and horsemanship faster than I could have imagined! When I came to her I could only walk, trot, and was brand new to cantering — in a short time I was cantering laps around the arena and have moved on to jumping and bareback work! She picks up on little mistakes and quickly helps me correct them. She also has her students put in the work out of the saddle. Now I can catch a horse, groom, and tack up, all independently.
